The Aile Cap Placing Machine can be tooled for different types of aerosol caps. The machine is delivered with a single cap pressing head, or 6/12 heads for higher speed lines. It has a PLC control system with touch screen interface. Aerosol caps are placed in the feeder bowl and delivered to the placing device over the aerosol can. These machines can replace an existing machine in the filling line or be supplied as a part of a new production line.
